I really wanted this to work, but I couldn’t get it going on my iPhone or my laptop. My brother even tried helping me set it up, and we still couldn’t figure it out. Frustrating

Support got back to me quick, which was nice. I had an issue, kind of annoying but nothing too crazy, and they helped sort it out without making me explain the same thing over and over. Simple, no big hassle, and I was able to get back to what I was doing.

I tried anonymous-proxies.net because I needed proxies in several specific countries, the location coverage was a joke. They made it seem like I’d have decent options, but once I actually got in there, half the places I needed weren’t even available.
What annoyed me even more was that some of the locations they did offer didn’t match what I expected at all. It felt like they were overselling what they could actually provide, and I wasted time trying to make it work when the problem was clearly on their end.
If you only need the most basic locations, maybe you’ll be fine, but for what I needed, this was useless. I blame them for not being clearer upfront, because I wouldn’t have bothered if I knew the coverage was this limited...

I’ve only run into a few quick dropouts here and there, but overall it’s been really reliable. I’d definitely recommend it if uptime is something you care about.

I was really hoping this would be worth it, but the price was just way too high for what I got. I had planned my day around it and ended up feeling like I wasted both my money and my time. Frustrating, honestly.

It feels private enough for everyday use, but some of the security settings were a bit confusing to figure out. I also expected a faster response when I needed help, so that part was a little frustrating.

I got it working in the end. The setup was okay. It just wasn’t super clear at first.

Billing itself was fine, but I do kind of regret not following up sooner because the refund ended up taking a few days and I had to ask about it twice. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just a little annoying and not as smooth as I’d hoped

Not gonna lie, most of the IPs seemed like they were already flagged, so they didn’t really work out for what I needed.
